[Emacs-ada-mode] new release

I've made a new release of Emacs ada-mode; 4.01. See
http://www.stephe-leake.org/emacs/ada-mode/emacs-ada-mode.html.

This fixes all the outstanding bugs I'm aware of, and is the version
that will be in the next Emacs release.

There is now a more organized Emacs bug list
(http://debbugs.gnu.org/); it has ada-mode as a separate package. So
please report bugs there, as well as here. Put Package: emacs,
ada-mode as the first line of the bug message.
