[Emacs-ada-mode] some things undefined with ada-mode-keys & friends

I don't know what you mean by this. What file are you in when you
invoke ff-find-other-file, and what happens?

It's in ada-mode-patches. I think I got it from some comp.lang.ada
posting.

You can always rebind keys; see ada-mode-keys for examples.
