[Emacs-ada-mode] some things undefined with ada-mode-keys & friends

Now I load ada-mode-keys.el to recreate Stephe's cutting edge setup.   
Alas, something's amiss:

-- When I first invoke ff-find-other-file, I get ada-xref-set-default- 
prj-values
-- another invocation works and finds the other file!

-- C-c ; is bound to ada-comment-box-header -- which is missing.

In fact I'd rather have it bound to comment-region, as C-c : is bound  
to uncomment-region.

At some point I've seen some sal-... undefined function pop up as  
well.  Do I need anything else but the ada-mode and those 3 files  
next to it -- ada-mode-patches, ada-mode-keys, gnat-fix-error?
